1. Program Eligibility

• Affiliates must have a valid Nailzy account to join the program.
• Affiliates must provide accurate affiliate application and payment information.
• Affiliates must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in their country of residence.
• Employees and interns of Nailzy are not eligible to participate.
• Nailzy reserves the right to reject or revoke affiliate accounts at its sole discretion.

 

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates must promote Nailzy products in an honest, ethical, and responsible manner.
• Misrepresentation of Nailzy’s brand, products, or services is strictly prohibited.
• Use of spam, unsolicited messaging, or misleading tactics to drive traffic is not allowed.
• Affiliates must not promote illegal activities, tobacco, gambling, weapons, obscene or violent content, hate speech, or discriminatory material. Content containing malware, viruses, or anything harmful to software, hardware, or security systems is also prohibited.

 

3. Referral Links

• Each affiliate is provided with unique tracking links for individual products.
• Commissions are attributed only to eligible purchases made through valid affiliate links.
• Sales must be completed within 7 days of adding items to the cart via an affiliate link to qualify for commission.

 

4. Commission Structure

• Commission rates may vary for each affiliate based on their agreement with Nailzy.
• Affiliates earn commissions only on completed, non-returned orders. This includes a verified transaction where a real buyer purchases a product through affiliate links, without using bots or fraudulent methods, completes all required details within the allowed timeframe, and is not later flagged as fraudulent, incomplete, unqualified, or a duplicate.
• Commission fees are calculated based on the net completed purchase value, minus any discounts, shipping fees, voucher fees, and other rebates such as Nailzy Coins.
• Nailzy reserves the right to adjust commission rates or structures with prior notice.

 

5. Payment Terms

• Payout reports will be available in the affiliate dashboard on the first day of the following month. These reports are generated only for completed orders within that month. Orders are marked as completed once they are delivered and 14 days have passed, accounting for any returns or refunds.
• Any complaints or discrepancies regarding payout reports must be filed within 3 days of receiving the report.
• Payouts will be processed after the complaint period and are typically sent before the 10th of the month.
• Payments will be made via the payment method selected in the affiliate dashboard.
• Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or fees related to their earnings.
• Nailzy reserves the right to withhold or reclaim commissions for transactions that violate program rules, including but not limited to: incomplete, canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders; purchases made by affiliates for personal gain or resale; use of prohibited content; or other violations of affiliate policies. Any payouts made for such transactions may be recovered from the affiliate.

 

6. Content and Brand Usage

• Affiliate media, including approved social media (e.g., blogs, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), must comply with Nailzy’s guidelines. Trademarks, logos, and names must not be misused or displayed misleadingly. Facebook promotions must be conducted through “fan pages,” not “personal pages,” per Facebook’s policies.
• Unauthorized use of Nailzy’s logo, trademarks, or proprietary content is prohibited.

 

7. Termination

• Affiliates may leave the program at any time by notifying Nailzy.
• Nailzy reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account and forfeiture of commissions for violations of these terms or misuse of the program.

 

8. Liability

• Nailzy is not responsible for any technical issues, downtime, or errors affecting affiliate tracking.
• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising standards.

 

9. Changes to the Program

• Nailzy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any major changes.

 

10. Agreement

• By participating in the Nailzy Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the program.
